    • Partner will get further 10% if he is handling the account end to end with only technical support from SSTL.
      Note: Support will be high level product demo and implementation.
    • Semantic Space will support for first 3 implementations and will continue if partner wishes to continue our services.
      Note: Implementation will include configuration, installation and training.
    • Partner can do the implementation by his own after 3 implementations or continue in the above model.
    • Partner will get FREE training on product through a work shop for 4 hours.
    • Partner has to take approval from Semantic Space before communicating prices to the customers.
    • Any customization or tailoring required to the product solution will be addressed on case to case basis.
    • Partner can use the product for trainings and workshops with prior intimation to SemanticSpace.
    • Partner will be allowed to participate in public forums or events sponsored by SemanticSpace.
