Security and Administration	Role based security mechanism to ensure the confidentiality and criticality of the information. Project level security to ensure that only project team members should have access to the project data.
Document Management System	In built secured document repository to store project documents in secured SQL database repository. Folder level privileges to avoid unauthorized access of the document. Linking and embedding of documents to projects artifacts. Document review and approval lifecycle. Document metadata and full text search.
Workflow	Highly configurable visual workflow allows custom lifecycle definition, to-do’s, functions and roles, statuses, notifications and checklists.
